Please remember if you have not yet signed and returned the content to amendment to please do so immediately. For us to reach this goal and amend the Covenants and Bylaws we need 51% of the members to sign a document consenting to the Amendment, which is attached to this email. Please understand your neighbors need you to accomplish this goal of amending the Covenants and Bylaws.

The goal with this new Covenants change is to preserve and enhance property value by strengthening your governing documents to allow the Board to hold each homeowner to the standard of excellence each owner desires Brookhaven to be.
