I have received several emails regarding the changes to the Covenants and Bylaws. The Board of Directors looked through several sets of Covenants and Bylaws throughout the Charleston area and chose the Lakes of Summerville Covenants and Bylaws which are similar in nature to your current set of governing documents. I have put together a comparison of some of what your current governing documents say and what the new proposed changes will state and have attached it to this email. Please note that since Brookhaven is adopting an entire new set of Covenants and Bylaws the verbiage will change throughout the entire documents.
