Happy April!

Pine straw has recently been put down at the front entrance of the community. The Board has approved various colors of Lantana’s to be installed at the front entrance as well.

The Covenants and Bylaws amendment is well underway. A letter will go out this week to all the homeowner asking you visit and review the proposed changes to the Covenants and Bylaws on the Brookhaven website. Please be on the lookout for this letter.

A “Yard of the Month” committee is being formed. If you are interested in joining this committee please email me.
