Brookhaven Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held January 18, 2011 at the Miles Road Baptist Church 816 Miles Rd Summerville, SC 29485. This meeting will begin at 6:30 pm sharp and we encourage all to attend. Please arrive promptly. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to participate in the governance of your community.

The primary purpose for conducting the Annual Meeting is to comply with the requirements of the Association’s By-Laws to conduct such meetings and for you to learn more about the structure and concept of life in a Homeowners Association in general. Community Management Group will remain after the meeting’s adjournment to answer any remaining questions.
There are five open Board positions to be filled by election at this meeting. We have received nominations from the following homeowner’s; Mike Todd, Joyce Dolecki, Kathryn Adams, Jackie Torrance, Jodi Royal and Latasha Moorehouse. The Nominating Committee seeks only those candidates who are in good financial standing. We ask that you please submit in advance, a mini-bio that the Nominating Committee may make available to members prior to the meeting.
Homeowners Association matters often have emotionally-charged content and depend upon a high level of mutual respect by the nature of address in a public forum. We ask that you please relay in advance Association-related issues or questions of broad, general concern to the membership. Individual circumstances with your address, specific neighbors, account collection or other legal activity will not be addressed in this forum. We will be pleased to work with you to resolve any individual issue any other time…
