Based on the Covenants in the Brookhaven Homeowners Associaton there are specific violations that are written that will need to be followed. Starting Monday, October 4th 2010 if you are in violation of the Covenants you will be receiving a violation letter stating what violation has occured. The Board asks that you please review these violations written in your Covenants and ensure that you are not in violation of any of them.
